During sessions I help you to have an understanding of how the brain works in relation to stress, anxiety, depression or other issues and how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy utilizes specialist techniques to implement positive changes within your life.
The information gained right from the start during the Initial Consultation will give you a new understanding of yourself and the ability to bring about change.
When working with Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, I focus on what you would like to achieve rather than on any problems that prompted you to seek change.
This approach concentrates on the present and future and not on the past.
I will ask you to consider your preferred future, to build a picture up of how you would like to be when things have improved and to describe in detail what would have changed.
This enables your possible solutions to be visualized and then worked towards.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy differs from earlier forms of therapy by encouraging you to formulate a positive image of your problem-free future rather than analysing the cause or symptoms of the problem itself.
In subsequent sessions we will work together in making progress, monitoring, scaling and using hypnosis until the required result is reached.
